Working principle

Bottom Loading

Material enters through the bottom inlet. As the buckets move downward, they scoop up the material like spoons, filling each bucket.

Chain Lifting

The motor drives the head sprocket to rotate, pulling the material-filled buckets upward along the vertical casing. The chain is typically forged from alloy steel for high strength and durability.

Top Discharge

Upon reaching the top, the buckets reverse direction around the sprocket. The material is discharged through the outlet under the combined effect of centrifugal force and gravity, then falls into the next piece of equipment or storage bin.
