Ceramic screw conveyor

The wear-resistant ceramic screw conveyor is a special continuous conveying equipment customized for high-wear, slightly corrosive and high-temperature working conditions. Based on the structure of ordinary screw conveyors, it adopts high-performance ceramic coating and ceramic patch technology to strengthen the wear resistance of vulnerable parts such as screw blades and trough inner walls. It retains the advantages of closed conveying, stable operation and wide compatibility, while greatly improving wear resistance, corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance. It effectively solves common problems of traditional equipment such as severe abrasion and frequent maintenance caused by long-term conveying of hard materials. With a fully enclosed modular sealing structure, it realizes dust-free and leakage-free operation, supporting horizontal and slight inclination continuous feeding. It is widely applied in building materials, chemical industry, new energy, mining, environmental protection and other industries for conveying powder and granular hard materials.
