The linear vibrating screen is a high-efficiency industrial screening machine driven by dual vibration motors. By generating synchronous reverse excitation force, it produces stable horizontal linear vibration, pushing materials forward evenly on the screen surface to achieve continuous grading, dewatering, dedusting and impurity removal.
The linear vibrating screen is driven by two vibrating motors. The two motors rotate synchronously and reversely at the same speed. The eccentric blocks generate excitation forces. The forces parallel to the motor axis cancel each other out, while the forces perpendicular to the motor axis are superimposed, forming a single linear exciting force. This drives the screen box to vibrate linearly. Material is fed onto the screen surface, thrown up and moved forward in a straight line, and is graded through one or more screen decks. Different particle sizes are discharged from their respective outlets.
