Heating Screw Conveyor
Heated Screw Conveyor, also known as jacketed screw conveyor, is a continuous handling equipment integrating material transportation and thermal treatment. The trough adopts double-layer jacket structure, and hollow screw shaft is available as an option. Heat medium such as steam or thermal oil can circulate inside the jacket to heat, dry, preheat or keep temperature for powder, granule and paste materials during conveying. With fully sealed structure, the machine can be installed horizontally or at small inclined angles to connect upstream and downstream production lines. Carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials are available for customized production to meet diverse process requirements.
