Cooling Screw Conveyor
Cooling Screw Conveyor, also known as water-cooled screw conveyor, is an enclosed conveying equipment integrating material transportation and continuous cooling functions. Adopting a dual cooling structure with hollow screw shaft and jacketed trough, the equipment realizes heat exchange by circulating cooling water. While bulk materials are conveyed forward inside the sealed housing, continuous heat exchange takes place to reduce material temperature steadily. The fully enclosed structure helps minimize dust leakage. It supports continuous transportation and cooling of high-temperature powder and granular materials. Customization on length, material and cooling system is available to match different production lines.
